Focused Recruitment are partnering with Nuaire, a leading manufacturer in air quality and ventilation systems to recruit a number of Assembly Operators to join their manufacturing plant based in the Caerphilly area.
To be considered for these roles candidates would be required to have previous experience working with hand-held tooling systems & equipment, ideally within a similar Assembly Operators role.
Hours of work include:Days Regular Monday Thursday 06:00am 14:00pm with an early finish on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out general assembly and production tasks using a variety of tools and equipment, including rivet guns, micrometers, air guns, and both pneumatic and hydraulic tooling
- Perform quality checks on completed products to ensure they meet company standards
- Assemble components from raw materials to finished products within a manufacturing cell environment
- Complete necessary paperwork to meet quality and regulatory standards
- Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to read drawings and instructions
- Package completed product for shipping and storage
Desired Criteria:- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a production assembly environment would be essential
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- Comfortable working to production targets and KPIs, as well as adhering to production schedule
