Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operators to join our clients manufacturing site based within the Bridgend area.
Our client are a world leading manufacture distributing a comprehensive range of products across the globe. Very much known as an employer of choice within the Bridgend area.
These roles are starting immediately for the right candidate.Hours of work:Days Regular - Monday - Thursday 07:00am - 16:00pm. Early finish on Fridays of 12:00pm.
Duties:- Packaging of finished product working to production targets
- Quality control and general inspection of materials and finished goods
- Maintaining good daily productivity and meeting targets
- Palletise packaged product ready to be despatched to the warehouse department
- Ensure all health & Safety requirements are adhered to in the working environment
Experience / Skills required:- You will have a can-do attitude and be a really strong team player
- Knowledge of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is desirable
- This role includes lifting and packaging items so must be fine with elements of manual handling
