Production Operator

Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operator to join our clients manufacturing site based within the Tredegar area.

Candidates will need a prior background having worked within a factory/production/manufacturing setting familiar with general production duties, quality inspection and operating production machinery and equipment.

Hours of work:

These roles are working Monday-Friday (no weekends) on a rotational three shift pattern (40 hours per week) 

Duties include:

• Operating & monitoring range of production machinery and equipment.
• General production duties, packing of product ect.
• Carrying out inspection/quality control of product & completing corresponding production paperwork 
• Working to an array of quality systems and standards within a regulated environment.
• Packing product on a production line setting
• Loading and unloading of material to and from machinery.
• Working to production targets and KPI's within a timely manner.

The desired candidates will have:

• Able to work to targets/production KPI's & production schedules
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Previous relevant manufacturing /factory/production experience
