Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our clients team at their manufacturing plant based within the Cwmbran area.
The Production Planner will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
This is a fixed term contract with a likely duration of around 12 weeks. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Hours of work include:07:00am - 15:30pm Monday - Thursday. 07:00am - 13:00pm on Fridays.
Duties of the role:- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes
- Collaborate with supply chain and quality control teams to meet production targets
- Utilise SAP or similar systems for scheduling and reporting
- Coordinating timelines to ensure precision and efficiency
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required
- Actively supporting company health and safety policies and objectives
Experience required:- Proven experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of supply chain management and business processes
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
